I am a customer-focused senior program and project management expert (traditional and agile approach), with extensive lean/agile practice, transforming organizations in the financial services and IT sectors. For 20 years, I have been connecting technology, business, and finance, driving transparency and optimization.

I graduated in Finance and Banking, Management and Marketing at the Warsaw School of Economics, and completed postgraduate studies in Statistical Methods in Business at the University of Warsaw. I am a long-term member of the Association of the Chartered Certified Accountants (FCCA®), and a certified portfolio manager (PfMP®), program manager (PgMP®), project manager (PMP®, PMI-ACP®, AgilePM®), processes expert (BLACK BELT), and IT specialist (ITIL®, COBIT® 5, TOGAF® Certified).

I am also an accredited EMCC (EIA Practitioner Level) coach and mentor and a certified ICF (International Coaching Federation ACTP) coach. Privately, I am an admirer of continuous learning, mentoring, technology, long journeys, and sports.
