I am an experienced project manager with more than 20 years of experience managing teams, programs and business initiatives in an international environment. He specializes in effective change management, building dedicated teams, and delivering value through effective project management. I combine practical knowledge of design methodologies (PMP, Scrum, SAFe) with a passion for developing people and organizations.
I am actively involved in the development of the Project Management Institute community as the head of the PMI branch in Wroclaw, contributing to the exchange of knowledge, development of competencies and modern approaches to project management, including the use of artificial intelligence in project work.
