I am an experienced project manager and IT specialist with many years of experience gained in international organizations in the financial sector and the food industry. In my work, I combine knowledge of project management, technology, and business strategy to help organizations effectively implement transformational initiatives and develop design maturity.
My experience includes managing IT projects and programs, managing international project portfolios, creating and implementing project management standards, and building and developing project management teams. He also specializes in implementing and optimizing IT systems, adapting IT strategies to business needs, planning and controlling IT budgets, and building long-term relationships with suppliers, including managing outsourcing services.
I also have experience in negotiating and overseeing contracts with suppliers, developing and implementing processes and procedures, working with national and international auditors and supervisors, implementing projects related to mergers and acquisitions, as well as ensuring business continuity, high data quality and IT security.
I am a graduate of the Master's program in Computer Science, a graduate program in Banking, and a PRINCE2 ® certificate holder.
