At Lyft, she supported the Lyft Mapping Engineering organization, leading 50+ cross-functional initiatives, building a 65-person Product Operations team, and creating onboarding, mentorship, and career development programs for 150+ employees. Currently at Bolt, she partners with Business Operations, Product, and Engineering teams to support Bolt for Business and global enablement across 30+ markets. Her focus is on turning strategy into execution, simplifying complex challenges, and building scalable operational processes.
She also holds a Lean Six Sigma Green Belt and has an academic background in Engineering Geology. My career has taken me from Engineering Geology to Program Management, People Leadership, Technical Enablement, and Customer Experience. This journey has shown me that career growth is rarely linear.
