REGULAMIN IX EDYCJI PROGRAMU MENTORINGOWEGO PMI PC

I. Postanowienia ogólne
- Regulamin określa zasady uczestnictwa w Programie Mentoringowym PMI Poland Chapter z siedzibą w Warszawie, zwanego dalej Programem.
- Organizatorem Programu Mentoringowego jest PMI Poland Chapter z siedzibą w Warszawie, ul. Domaniewska 47/10, 02-672 Warszawa, e-mail: biuro@pmi.org.pl, NIP: 525-227-89-73.
- Oficjalny serwis internetowy Programu znajduje się pod adresem: www.mentoring.pmi.org.pl, a oficjalnym kanałem komunikacji pomiędzy uczestnikiem a Organizatorem jest adres e-mail: mentoring@pmi.org.pl.

Program dedykowany jest członkom PMI
- Mentorzy i Mentorki z PMI Poland Chapter lub innych Chapterów PMI Global, tzn. posiadającym aktywne członkostwo w PMI oraz PMI Poland Chapter lub innego lokalnego Chapteru PMI przez cały czas trwania Programu.
- Mentee z PMI Poland Chapter, tzn. posiadającym aktywne członkostwo w PMI oraz PMI Poland Chapter przez cały czas trwania Programu.
- Udział w programie jest bezpłatny.
- Mentorzy i eksperci programu nie otrzymują wynagrodzenia za udział w Programie.
II. Podstawowe definicje
- Relacja mentorska – partnerska relacja oparta na zaufaniu, dobrowolności, poszanowaniu, otwartości i zaangażowaniu pomiędzy Mentorem i Mentee. Relacja mentorska jest relacją dwustronną, w której obowiązuje zasada poufności. Celem relacji mentorskiej jest obustronny rozwój.
- Mentor – osoba, która posiada doświadczenie, osiągnęła znaczącą pozycję zawodową, społeczną i chce służyć radą, dzielić się wiedzą oraz wspierać osobę mentorowaną w realizacji celów, identyfikowaniu obszarów do rozwoju i rozwijaniu kompetencji w oparciu o relację mentorską. Celem mentora jest merytoryczne i motywacyjne wsparcie Mentee.
- Mentee – osoba, która ma świadomość celu, jaki chce osiągnąć poprzez spotkania z mentorem w oparciu o relację mentorską. Poprzez udział w Programie Mentees będą mogli poprawić swoje umiejętności w zakresie współpracy, kreatywności, krytycznego myślenia, przełamywania barier, rozwoju kompetencji „miękkich” i „twardych”, zarządzania projektami oraz planowania ścieżki rozwoju zawodowego. Wsparcie może dotyczyć różnych zagadnień, w tym zagadnień zgodnych z Trójkątem Talentów PMI.
- Trójkąt talentów PMI (The PMI Talent Triangle®) – określa obszary kompetencji z zakresu leadershipu, strategii i zarządzania biznesem oraz zarządzania projektami, w tym metodyki i narzędzia.
III. Zasady uczestnictwa
- Podstawą uczestnictwa w Programie dla Mentees są: aktywne członkostwo w PMI oraz PMI Poland Chapter przez cały czas trwania Programu oraz prawidłowe i kompletne wypełnienie formularza zgłoszeniowego dostępnego na stronie internetowej Programu: www.mentoring.pmi.org.pl, w tym zapoznanie się z treścią niniejszego Regulaminu oraz zaakceptowanie jego postanowień poprzez oznaczenie odpowiedniego pola w formularzu zgłoszeniowym oraz pozytywny wynik procesu rekrutacji.
- Organizator nie zapewnia dojazdu, noclegów ani nie ponosi kosztów udziału uczestników Programu w sesjach mentoringowych oraz spotkaniach w ramach Programu, ani innych kosztów związanych z udziałem w Programie.
- Organizator nie ponosi odpowiedzialności za rzeczy pozostawione, zgubione, zniszczone lub skradzione podczas spotkań w ramach Programu.
- Uczestnicy ponoszą pełną odpowiedzialność materialną za dokonane przez siebie zniszczenia na terenie obiektu, w którym odbywać się będą spotkania.
- Organizator ma prawo do nie dopuszczenia Uczestnika do udziału w Programie bez podania przyczyny, o czym Uczestnik zostanie poinformowany e-mailem, w terminie 30 dni od zakończenia rekrutacji odpowiednio dla Mentees lub Mentorów.
IV. Zasady rekrutacji do Programu
- Uczestnikami Programu są Mentorzy oraz Mentees.
- Uczestnicy Programu poprzez złożenie formularza aplikacyjnego deklarują dyspozycyjność oraz czas w wymiarze niezbędnym do realizacji Programu.

Mentees zobowiązani są w szczególności do:
- aktywnego uczestniczenia w Programie zgodnie z ustalonymi z Mentorem zasadami współpracy;
- przestrzegania zasad ustalonych z Mentorem;
- zachowania tajemnicy informacji udostępnionych w czasie trwania Programu i po jego zakończeniu;
- wzięcia udziału w ewaluacji Programu.

O przyjęcie do Programu w roli Mentees mogą się ubiegać osoby spełniające poniższe kryteria:
- kandydat na Mentee jest aktywnym członkiem PMI Poland Chapter, tzn. posiada opłacone członkostwo w PMI oraz w Oddziale Polskim (członkostwo musi być aktywne w momencie przyjęcia oraz w trakcie trwania programu).
- kandydat na Mentee zgłosi się zgodnie z zasadami niniejszego Regulaminu i pozytywnie przejdzie proces rekrutacji.

O przyjęcie do Programu w roli Mentora mogą się ubiegać osoby spełniające poniższe kryteria:
- kandydat na Mentora jest aktywnym członkiem PMI, tzn. posiada opłacone członkostwo w PMI oraz w Oddziale do którego przynależy (członkostwo musi być aktywne w momencie złożenia aplikacji mentorskiej oraz w trakcie trwania programu);
- kandydat na Mentora posiada nieposzlakowaną opinię;
- kandydat na Mentora posiada minimum dziesięcioletnie doświadczenie zawodowe i/lub
- kandydat na Mentora posiada minimum pięć lat doświadczenia w zarządzaniu projektami;
- kandydat na Mentora uzyska pozytywną opinię Zarządu PMI Polska do udziału w programie w roli Mentora;
- kandydat na Mentora zgłosi się zgodnie z zasadami niniejszego Regulaminu i pozytywnie przejdzie proces rekrutacji.
- O przyjęciu do Programu lub odrzuceniu Uczestnicy zostaną poinformowani drogą mailową lub telefoniczną.
- Uczestnik nie będzie zakwalifikowany do Programu jeśli na podstawie przedstawionych w formularzu informacji (niepełnych lub/i nieprawidłowych) nie można potwierdzić, że Uczestnik spełnia warunki określone w pkt. 3 lub pkt. 4 Zasad rekrutacji do Programu.
- Lista Mentorów zostanie opublikowana na stronie Programu.

Matchowanie Par
- Pary mentorskie są dobierane na podstawie danych przekazanych w formularzu aplikacyjnym przez Mentorów i Mentees.
- Zespół odpowiedzialny za Program stara się dobrać pary, uwzględniając podobieństwa, cele oraz oczekiwania obu stron.
- Jeśli Mentor otrzymuje dużo zgłoszeń od potencjalnych Mentees, ma możliwość samodzielnego wyboru swojego Mentee spośród dostępnych kandydatów.
- Mentor może skorzystać z rekomendacji zespołu Programu, aby dokonać najlepszego wyboru zgodnie z oczekiwaniami i potrzebami obu stron.
- Po wskazaniu Mentee przez Mentora, obie zainteresowane strony zostaną poinformowane drogą mailową.
- Złożenie aplikacji nie gwarantuje przydzielenia Mentora.
- Jeśli Mentee nie otrzyma Mentora pierwszego, drugiego lub trzeciego wyboru, może zgodzić się na Mentora spoza listy preferencji. Nadal jednak nie ma gwarancji, że zostanie mu przydzielony Mentor.
V. Przebieg Programu Mentoringowego

Harmonogram Programu:
- czas trwania Programu: czerwiec 2026 – luty 2027
- od 08.06.2026 do 28.06.2026 – nabór Mentorów;
- od 13.07.2026 do 31.07.2026 – nabór Mentees;
- od 01.08.2026 do 31.08.2026 – dobór par mentorskich;
- 14.09.2026 – spotkanie inauguracyjne;
- od 15.09.2026 do 14.02.2027 – spotkania par mentorskich;
- 15.02.2027 – ewaluacja programu.
- Relacja mentorska rozpoczyna się od pierwszego spotkania Mentora z Mentee.
- Mentor może współpracować maksymalnie z dwoma Mentees. W szczególnych przypadkach, po indywidualnym ustaleniu z zespołem programu, Mentor może współpracować z trzema Mentees.
- Mentor może jednocześnie być Mentee w Programie, pod warunkiem pozytywnego przejścia procesu rekrutacji.
- W czasie trwania programu Mentor przeznaczy Mentee od 5 do 12 godzin na sesje mentoringowe. Spotkania z innymi uczestnikami Programu nie wliczają się w czas trwania sesji w relacji Mentor – Mentee. Jeżeli Mentor i Mentee indywidualnie ustalą, że mają przestrzeń na więcej spotkań, mają możliwość zwiększenia liczby godzin ponad ustalone 12 godzin.
- Dokładne zasady współpracy w ramach relacji mentorskiej ustalane są indywidualnie przez parę mentorską podczas spotkania inaugurującego Program. Częstotliwość spotkań oraz ich terminy są uzgadniane pomiędzy Mentorem a Mentee w zależności od ich potrzeb oraz preferencji. Może to np. obejmować spotkania cotygodniowe, miesięczne lub ustalane ad hoc, w dni robocze lub w weekendy. Długość spotkań oraz ich regularność są dostosowywane do potrzeb i możliwości obu stron w trakcie trwania programu.
- Warunkiem właściwego przebiegu Programu jest możliwość skutecznego komunikowania: Organizatorzy dopuszczają realizację mentoringu w sposób zdalny (mail, telefon, zoom, google meet itp.).
- PMI PC informuje każdorazowo o ramach czasowych uruchamianych edycji Programu poprzez stronę internetową Programu.
- PMI PC zastrzega sobie prawo do zmiany harmonogramu Programu.
- Na zakończenie programu pary mentorskie zostaną poproszone o udział w ewaluacji programu.
VI. Personal Development Units (PDUs)
- Uczestnikom Programu Mentoringowego PMI Poland Chapter, zarówno mentorom jak i mentees, posiadającym certyfikację PMI przysługują punkty PDU (Professional Development Unit).
- Wszystkie warunki przyznawania punktów PDU są zgodne z aktualnie obowiązującymi regulacjami PMI dostępnymi na stronie https://ccrs.pmi.org/.
- Każda pełna godzina spędzona na wspólnej nauce pozwala na zaraportowanie 1 PDU dla każdej z osób.
- Osoba ubiegająca się o punkty PDU powinna złożyć wniosek na stronie https://ccrs.pmi.org/ oraz we własnym zakresie prowadzić dokumentację potwierdzającą odbyte sesje mentoringowe.
VII. Przetwarzanie Danych Osobowych
- Administratorem danych jest Organizator, czyli PMI Poland Chapter (PMI Oddział Polski), z siedzibą w Warszawie (02-672), przy ul. Domaniewskiej 47/10, KRS 0000-167-986, NIP 525-227-89-73, REGON 015543424.
- We wszystkich sprawach dotyczących przetwarzania danych osobowych oraz korzystania z praw związanych z przetwarzaniem danych osoba, której dane dotyczą może kontaktować się z Administratorem poprzez adres e-mail: biuro@pmi.org.pl bądź telefonicznie poprzez nr telefonu: +48 530 700 457.

W związku z przetwarzaniem danych przysługują następujące prawa:
- cofnięcia zgody – jeżeli dane są przetwarzane na podstawie zgody,
- dostępu do danych – informacji o tym, jakie dane i w jakim celu są przetwarzane,
- sprostowania, zmiany, uaktualnienia danych,
- żądania usunięcia danych,
- żądania ograniczenia przechowywania danych,
- wniesienia sprzeciwu,
- przeniesienia danych,
- wniesienia skargi do organu nadzoru.

VIII. Dane pozyskiwane w celu realizacji Programu

W zakresie danych, których podanie jest obowiązkowe w formularzu:
- podstawą przetwarzania będzie wykonanie umowy zawartej pomiędzy Organizatorem a Uczestnikiem i realizacja prawnie uzasadnionych celów administratora, a więc realizacja celów statutowych Stowarzyszenia, tj. promowanie profesjonalizmu w zarządzaniu projektami w biznesie, organizacjach i ośrodkach akademickich oraz wspieranie, przyjmowanie i rozpowszechnianie w Polsce najlepszych praktyk zarządzania projektami oraz pobudzanie świadomości społeczeństwa w tej dziedzinie,
- dane będą udostępniane osobom zaangażowanym w organizację Programu i przetwarzane do zakończenia czynności związanych z realizacją Programu. Dane osobowe Uczestnika zawarte w formularzu zgłoszeniowym Programu zebrane przez Organizatora przetwarzane są w celu przeprowadzenia Programu zgodnie z postanowieniami Regulaminu, w tym stworzenia listy Uczestników.

Dane rejestrowane i udostępniane w formie zdjęć i nagrań wideo:
- przetwarzane będą na podstawie realizacji prawnie uzasadnionych celów Administratora oraz wykonania umowy, a więc realizacji celów statutowych Stowarzyszenia, tj. promowania profesjonalizmu w zarządzaniu projektami w biznesie, organizacjach i ośrodkach akademickich oraz wspierania, przyjmowania i rozpowszechniania w Polsce najlepszych praktyk zarządzania projektami, oraz pobudzania świadomości społeczeństwa w tej dziedzinie,
- dane będą udostępniane osobom zaangażowanym w organizację wydarzenia oraz zajmującym się profesjonalnym nagrywaniem, fotografowaniem i obróbką materiałów.
- Przetwarzanie danych podczas wydarzenia, w tym poprzez udostępnianie nagrań i zdjęć jest zgodne z przepisami odnośnie ochrony danych osobowych.
IX. Postanowienia końcowe
- Wszystkie osoby zaangażowane w przebieg i organizację Programu kierują się Kodeksem Etyki i Profesjonalnego Postępowania PMI, znajdującego się na stronie internetowej http://pmi.org.pl/pmi/kodeks-etyki-pmi/.
- Decyzje związane z realizacją niniejszego Regulaminu, w szczególności co do zakwalifikowania Mentorów oraz Mentee do udziału w Programie, są ostateczne i nie przysługuje od nich odwołanie.
- Uczestnicy Programu mogą bez podania przyczyny zrezygnować z dalszego udziału w Programie. W takiej sytuacji PMI Poland Chapter podejmie indywidualną decyzję o dalszym przebiegu Programu dla osoby, która w nim została.
- Uczestnicy Programu mogą zostać wykluczeni z Programu w przypadku naruszenia postanowień niniejszego Regulaminu i/lub w przypadku działań sprzecznych z celami Programu.
- Spotkania w ramach Programu, z wyłączeniem sesji mentoringowych, mogą być nagrywane i fotografowane przez Organizatora.
- PMI Poland Chapter zastrzega sobie prawo do opublikowania danych osobowych i wizerunku osób zakwalifikowanych do udziału w Programie, jak również wywiadów z nimi przeprowadzonych w środkach masowego przekazu.

Udział w Programie jest równoznaczny z przeniesieniem na Organizatora autorskich praw majątkowych do nagrań i zdjęć oraz z wyrażeniem zgody na komercyjne ich wykorzystanie w przypadku:
- gdy Uczestnik zostanie sfilmowany lub sfotografowany,
- gdy Uczestnik dobrowolnie wyrazi zgodę na udzielenie wywiadu przed kamerą, bądź pozowanie do zdjęcia.
- Wszelkie kwestie sporne dotyczące organizacji programu rozstrzyga Prezes Zarządu PMI PC.
- Przepisy niniejszego Regulaminu stanowią integralną część zgłoszenia uczestnictwa w Programie i obowiązują wszystkich uczestników.
- Organizator ma prawo do zmian w harmonogramie Programu. O każdej zmianie poinformuje uczestników poprzez informację umieszczoną na stronie Programu lub za pośrednictwem maila.
- Organizator ma prawo do wprowadzania zmian w niniejszym Regulaminie. O każdej zmianie poinformuje uczestników poprzez informację umieszczoną na stronie Programu.
- Niniejszy Regulamin jest dostępny do wglądu na stronie internetowej Programu http://pmi.org.pl/mentoring/.
- W sprawach nieuregulowanych niniejszym Regulaminem zastosowanie mają przepisy Kodeksu Cywilnego, Ustawy o Ochronie Danych Osobowych oraz Ustawy o prawie autorskim i prawach pokrewnych.
- Pełen nadzór nad przebiegiem Programu sprawują Członkowie Zarządu PMI Poland Chapter.
- Wszelkie reklamacje Uczestników Programu wobec Organizatora powinny być zgłaszane drogą elektroniczną na adres: mentoring@pmi.org.pl. Prawidłowo złożona reklamacja powinna zawierać co najmniej następujące dane: imię i nazwisko, adres poczty elektronicznej, przedmiot reklamacji, okoliczności uzasadniające reklamację. Ustosunkowanie się do reklamacji przez Organizatora nastąpi niezwłocznie, nie później niż w terminie 14 dni od dnia jej złożenia. Decyzja dotycząca reklamacji zostanie przekazana Uczestnikowi na wskazany przez niego adres poczty elektronicznej Programu.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF THE 9TH EDITION OF THE PMI PC MENTORING PROGRAM

I. General Provisions
- These Terms and Conditions set out the rules of participation in the PMI Poland Chapter Mentoring Program, with its registered office in Warsaw, hereinafter referred to as the “Program.”
- The Organizer of the Mentoring Program is PMI Poland Chapter, with its registered office in Warsaw (02-672), Poland, at Domaniewska 47/10, e-mail: biuro@pmi.org.pl, NIP: 525-227-89-73.
- The official website of the Program is available at: www.mentoring.pmi.org.pl, and the official communication channel between the Participant and the Organizer is the following e-mail: mentoring@pmi.org.pl.

The Program is dedicated to PMI members.
- Mentors from PMI Poland Chapter or other PMI Global Chapters, i.e. individuals holding an active PMI membership and an active membership in PMI Poland Chapter or another local PMI Chapter throughout the entire duration of the Program.
- Mentees from PMI Poland Chapter, i.e. individuals holding an active PMI membership and an active membership in PMI Poland Chapter throughout the entire duration of the Program.
- Participation in the Program is free of charge.
- Mentors and Program experts shall not be entitled to any remuneration for their participation in the Program.
II. General Definitions
- Mentoring Relationship – a partnership-based relationship founded on trust, voluntariness, mutual respect, openness, and commitment between the Mentor and the Mentee. The mentoring relationship is a bilateral relationship governed by the principle of confidentiality. The purpose of the mentoring relationship is mutual development.
- Mentor – a person who possesses experience, has achieved a significant professional or social position, and is willing to provide guidance, share knowledge, and support the Mentee in achieving goals, identifying areas for development, and developing competencies within the framework of a mentoring relationship. The purpose of the Mentor is to provide substantive and motivational support to the Mentee.
- Mentee – a person who is aware of the goals they wish to achieve through meetings with a Mentor within the framework of a mentoring relationship. Through participation in the Program, Mentees will have the opportunity to improve their skills in collaboration, creativity, critical thinking, overcoming barriers, developing both soft and hard skills, project management, and planning their professional development path. The support may concern various topics, including those consistent with the PMI Talent Triangle.
- PMI Talent Triangle® – defines competency areas in leadership, strategy and business management, as well as project management, including methodologies and tools.
III. Terms of Participation
- Participation in the Program as a Mentee requires active membership in PMI throughout the entire duration of the Program, as well as the proper and complete completion of the application form available on the Program’s website: www.mentoring.pmi.org.pl, including acknowledgment of having read these Terms and Conditions and acceptance of their provisions by ticking the appropriate box in the application form, as well as a positive outcome of the recruitment process.
- The Organizer does not provide transportation or accommodation, nor does it cover any costs of participation in the Program’s mentoring sessions and meetings, or any other costs related to participation in the Program.
- The Organizer shall not be liable for any belongings left unattended, lost, damaged, or stolen during the course of the Program.
- Participants shall bear full financial responsibility for any damage they cause to the premises where the meetings are held.
- The Organizer reserves the right to exclude a Participant from participation in the Program without stating a reason. The Participant shall be informed thereof by email within 30 days following the completion of the recruitment process for Mentees or Mentors, as applicable.
IV. Rules of Recruitment to the Program
- The participants of the Program are Mentors and Mentees.
- By submitting the application form, Participants hereby declare their availability and the allocation of the time required for participation in the Program.

Mentees are in particular obliged to:
- actively participate in the Program in accordance with the cooperation principles agreed with the Mentor;
- comply with the rules established with the Mentor;
- maintain confidentiality of information disclosed during the Program and after its completion;
- take part in the evaluation of the Program.

Applications for participation in the Program as Mentees may be submitted by individuals who meet the following criteria:
- the candidate for Mentee is an active member of PMI Poland Chapter, i.e. holds a paid and valid membership in PMI and in the Polish Chapter (the membership must remain active at the time of acceptance and throughout the duration of the Program);
- the candidate for Mentee submits an application in accordance with the provisions of these Terms and Conditions and successfully completes the recruitment process.

Applications for participation in the Program as Mentors may be submitted by individuals who meet the following criteria:
- The Mentor Candidate must be an active PMI member, holding a current paid membership in PMI and in the PMI Chapter with which they are affiliated. Memberships must be valid and active both at the time of application submission and for the entire duration of the Mentoring Program;
- the candidate for Mentor is of impeccable reputation and good standing;
- the candidate for Mentor has a minimum of ten (10) years of professional experience and/or
- the candidate for Mentor has a minimum of five (5) years of experience in project management;
- the candidate for Mentor obtains a positive opinion of the PMI Poland Board for participation in the Program in the role of Mentor;
- the candidate for Mentor submits an application in accordance with the provisions of these Terms and Conditions and successfully completes the recruitment process.
- Participants shall be informed of their acceptance to or rejection from the Program by email or telephone.
- A Participant shall not be qualified for the Program if, based on the information provided in the application form (incomplete and/or incorrect), it is not possible to confirm that the Participant meets the conditions set out in Sections 3 or 4 of the Program Recruitment Rules.
- The list of Mentors shall be published on the Program’s website.

Pair Matching
- Mentoring pairs shall be matched based on the information provided in the application forms submitted by Mentors and Mentees.
- The team responsible for the Program shall strive to match pairs by taking into account the similarities, goals, and expectations of both parties.
- If a Mentor receives a large number of applications from potential Mentees, they may select their Mentee independently from among the available candidates.
- The Mentor may also rely on recommendations provided by the Program team in order to make the most appropriate selection in line with the expectations and needs of both parties.
- Once a Mentee has been selected by the Mentor, both interested parties shall be informed by email.
- Submission of an application does not guarantee assignment of a Mentor.
- If a Mentee is not matched with their first, second, or third choice of Mentor, they may agree to be assigned a Mentor outside their preference list. However, there is still no guarantee that a Mentor will be assigned.
V. Mentoring Program Process

Program Timeline:
- Program Duration: June 2026 – February 2027
- 08 June 2026 – 28 June 2026: Mentor application phase;
- 13.07.2026 – 31.07.2026: Mentees application phase;
- 01.08.2026 – 31.08.2026: Matching of Mentoring Pairs;
- 14.09.2026 – Kick-off Meeting;
- 15.09.2026 – 14.02.2027: Mentor–Mentee Meetings;
- 15.02.2027 – Evaluation of the Program.
- The mentoring relationship shall commence upon the first meeting between the Mentor and the Mentee.
- A Mentor may work with a maximum of two (2) Mentees. In exceptional cases, and subject to individual agreement with the Program team, a Mentor may work with up to three (3) Mentees.
- A Mentor may simultaneously act as a Mentee in the Program, provided that they successfully complete the recruitment process.
- During the Program, the Mentor shall allocate between 8 and 12 hours to mentoring sessions with the Mentee. Meetings with other Program participants shall not be included in the duration of the Mentor–Mentee mentoring sessions. If the Mentor and the Mentee mutually agree that they have capacity for additional meetings, they may extend the number of hours beyond the established 12 hours.
- The detailed rules of cooperation within the mentoring relationship shall be established individually by each mentoring pair during the Program kick-off meeting. The frequency and timing of meetings shall be agreed between the Mentor and the Mentee depending on their needs and preferences. This may include, for example, weekly, monthly, or ad hoc meetings, held on weekdays or weekends. The duration and regularity of meetings shall be adjusted to the needs and availability of both parties throughout the duration of the Program.
- A prerequisite for the proper implementation of the Program is the ability to communicate effectively. The Organizers permit the mentoring process to be conducted remotely (e.g. via email, telephone, Zoom, Google Meet, etc.).
- PMI PC shall announce the timeframes of each Program edition on the Program’s website.
- PMI PC reserves the right to modify the Program schedule.
- Upon completion of the Program, mentoring pairs shall be requested to take part in the Program evaluation.
VI. Personal Development Units (PDUs)
- Participants of the PMI Poland Chapter Mentoring Program, including both Mentors and Mentees who hold a PMI certification, shall be eligible to earn PDUs.
- All conditions for awarding PDUs shall comply with the current PMI regulations available on the website https://ccrs.pmi.org/.
- Each full hour spent on joint learning shall entitle each participant to claim 1 PDU.
- An individual applying for PDUs shall submit an application via the website https://ccrs.pmi.org/ and independently maintain documentation confirming the completed mentoring sessions.
VII. Processing of Personal Data
- The Controller of personal data is the Organizer, namely PMI Poland Chapter, with its registered office in Warsaw (02-672), Poland, at Domaniewska 47/10, KRS 0000-167-986, NIP 525-227-89-73, REGON 015543424.
- For any matters concerning the processing of personal data, including the exercise of rights vested in the data subject under applicable data protection laws, the data subject may contact the Controller at the following email address: biuro@pmi.org.pl or by telephone at the following number: +48 530 700 457.

In relation to the processing of personal data, the data subject shall be entitled to the following rights:
- the right to withdraw consent, where personal data are processed on the basis of consent;
- the right of access to personal data, including the right to obtain information regarding the personal data being processed and the purposes for which such data are processed;
- the right to rectification of inaccurate personal data and to the completion or updating of incomplete or outdated personal data;
- the right to erasure of personal data;
- the right to request restriction of the processing of personal data;
- the right to object to the processing of personal data;
- the right to receive personal data in a structured, commonly used and machine-readable format and to transmit those data to another controller;
- the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority.

VIII. Data Collected for the Purpose of Program Implementation

As regards the personal data required to be provided in the application form:
- The legal basis for the processing shall be the performance of the agreement concluded between the Organizer and the Participant, as well as the pursuit of the legitimate interests of the Controller, namely the implementation of the statutory objectives of the Association, i.e. promoting professionalism in project management in business, organizations and academic institutions, as well as supporting, adopting and disseminating best practices in project management in Poland and raising public awareness in this field.
- The data shall be disclosed to persons involved in the organisation of the Program and processed until the completion of activities related to the implementation of the Program. The Participant’s personal data contained in the Program application form, collected by the Organizer, shall be processed for the purpose of conducting the Program in accordance with the provisions of the Terms and Conditions, including the preparation of the list of Participants.

Data recorded and disclosed in the form of photographs and video recordings:
- shall be processed on the basis of the pursuit of the legitimate interests of the Controller and the performance of the agreement, namely the implementation of the statutory objectives of the Association, i.e. promoting professionalism in project management in business, organizations and academic institutions, as well as supporting, adopting and disseminating best practices in project management in Poland, and raising public awareness in this field;
- The data shall be disclosed to persons involved in the organisation of the event, as well as to professionals responsible for recording, photographing, and processing the materials.
- The processing of data during the event, including the dissemination of recordings and photographs, shall comply with applicable personal data protection regulations.
IX. Final Provisions
- All persons involved in the implementation and organisation of the Program shall comply with the PMI Code of Ethics and Professional Conduct, available on the website: http://pmi.org.pl/pmi/kodeks-etyki-pmi/.
- Decisions relating to the implementation of these Terms and Conditions, in particular regarding the qualification of Mentors and Mentees for participation in the Program, shall be final and not subject to appeal.
- Participants may withdraw from further participation in the Program without providing any reason. In such a case, PMI Poland Chapter shall make an individual decision regarding the further course of the Program for the remaining participant.
- Participants may be excluded from the Program in the event of a breach of the provisions of these Terms and Conditions and/or in the event of actions contrary to the objectives of the Program.
- Meetings within the Program, excluding mentoring sessions, may be recorded and photographed by the Organizer.
- PMI Poland Chapter reserves the right to publish the personal data and likeness of persons qualified to participate in the Program, as well as interviews conducted with them, in the mass media.

Participation in the Program shall be tantamount to the transfer to the Organizer of the economic copyright to recordings and photographs, as well as to granting consent for their commercial use, in the following cases:
- where the Participant is filmed or photographed;
- where the Participant voluntarily agrees to give an interview on camera or to pose for photographs.
- Any disputes arising in connection with the organization of the Program shall be resolved by the President of the Management Board of PMI PC.
- The provisions of these Terms and Conditions form an integral part of the application for participation in the Program and shall be binding on all participants.
- The Organizer reserves the right to make changes to the Program schedule. Any such change shall be communicated to Participants via a notice published on the Program’s website or by email.
- The Organizer reserves the right to introduce amendments to these Terms and Conditions. Any such amendment shall be communicated to Participants by means of a notice published on the Program’s website.
- These Terms and Conditions are available for review on the Program’s website http://pmi.org.pl/mentoring/.
- In matters not regulated by these Terms and Conditions, the provisions of the Civil Code, the Personal Data Protection Act, and the Act on Copyright and Related Rights shall apply.
- Full oversight of the implementation of the Program shall be exercised by the Members of the Management Board of PMI Poland Chapter.
- Any complaints submitted by Program Participants against the Organizer shall be submitted electronically to: mentoring@pmi.org.pl. A properly submitted complaint shall include at least the following: full name, email address, subject matter of the complaint, and the circumstances justifying the complaint. The Organizer shall address the complaint without undue delay, and in any case no later than within 14 days from the date of its submission. The decision on the complaint shall be communicated to the Participant to the email address provided in the Program application form.
