Postanowienia og\u00f3lne<\/h2>\n      <ol>\n        <li>Regulamin okre\u015bla zasady uczestnictwa w Programie Mentoringowym PMI Poland Chapter z siedzib\u0105 w Warszawie, zwanego dalej Programem.<\/li>\n        <li>Organizatorem Programu Mentoringowego jest PMI Poland Chapter z siedzib\u0105 w Warszawie, ul. Domaniewska 47\/10, 02-672 Warszawa, e-mail: <a href=\"mailto:biuro@pmi.org.pl\">biuro@pmi.org.pl<\/a>, NIP: 525-227-89-73.<\/li>\n        <li>Oficjalny serwis internetowy Programu znajduje si\u0119 pod adresem: <a href=\"https:\/\/www.mentoring.pmi.org.pl\">www.mentoring.pmi.org.pl<\/a>, a oficjalnym kana\u0142em komunikacji pomi\u0119dzy uczestnikiem a Organizatorem jest adres e-mail: <a href=\"mailto:mentoring@pmi.org.pl\">mentoring@pmi.org.pl<\/a>.<\/li>\n        <li>\n          Program dedykowany jest cz\u0142onkom PMI\n          <ul>\n            <li>Mentorzy i Mentorki z PMI Poland Chapter lub innych Chapter\u00f3w PMI Global, tzn. posiadaj\u0105cym aktywne cz\u0142onkostwo w PMI oraz PMI Poland Chapter lub innego lokalnego Chapteru PMI przez ca\u0142y czas trwania Programu.<\/li>\n            <li>Mentee z PMI Poland Chapter, tzn. posiadaj\u0105cym aktywne cz\u0142onkostwo w PMI oraz PMI Poland Chapter przez ca\u0142y czas trwania Programu.<\/li>\n          <\/ul>\n        <\/li>\n        <li>Udzia\u0142 w programie jest bezp\u0142atny.<\/li>\n        <li>Mentorzy i eksperci programu nie otrzymuj\u0105 wynagrodzenia za udzia\u0142 w Programie.<\/li>\n      <\/ol>\n\n      <h2 class=\"pmi-legal__h2\">II. Podstawowe definicje<\/h2>\n      <ul>\n        <li><strong>Relacja mentorska<\/strong> \u2013 partnerska relacja oparta na zaufaniu, dobrowolno\u015bci, poszanowaniu, otwarto\u015bci i zaanga\u017cowaniu pomi\u0119dzy Mentorem i Mentee. Relacja mentorska jest relacj\u0105 dwustronn\u0105, w kt\u00f3rej obowi\u0105zuje zasada poufno\u015bci. Celem relacji mentorskiej jest obustronny rozw\u00f3j.<\/li>\n        <li><strong>Mentor<\/strong> \u2013 osoba, kt\u00f3ra posiada do\u015bwiadczenie, osi\u0105gn\u0119\u0142a znacz\u0105c\u0105 pozycj\u0119 zawodow\u0105, spo\u0142eczn\u0105 i chce s\u0142u\u017cy\u0107 rad\u0105, dzieli\u0107 si\u0119 wiedz\u0105 oraz wspiera\u0107 osob\u0119 mentorowan\u0105 w realizacji cel\u00f3w, identyfikowaniu obszar\u00f3w do rozwoju i rozwijaniu kompetencji w oparciu o relacj\u0119 mentorsk\u0105. Celem mentora jest merytoryczne i motywacyjne wsparcie Mentee.<\/li>\n        <li><strong>Mentee<\/strong> \u2013 osoba, kt\u00f3ra ma \u015bwiadomo\u015b\u0107 celu, jaki chce osi\u0105gn\u0105\u0107 poprzez spotkania z mentorem w oparciu o relacj\u0119 mentorsk\u0105. Poprzez udzia\u0142 w Programie Mentees b\u0119d\u0105 mogli poprawi\u0107 swoje umiej\u0119tno\u015bci w zakresie wsp\u00f3\u0142pracy, kreatywno\u015bci, krytycznego my\u015blenia, prze\u0142amywania barier, rozwoju kompetencji \u201emi\u0119kkich\u201d i \u201etwardych\u201d, zarz\u0105dzania projektami oraz planowania \u015bcie\u017cki rozwoju zawodowego. Wsparcie mo\u017ce dotyczy\u0107 r\u00f3\u017cnych zagadnie\u0144, w tym zagadnie\u0144 zgodnych z Tr\u00f3jk\u0105tem Talent\u00f3w PMI.<\/li>\n        <li><strong>Tr\u00f3jk\u0105t talent\u00f3w PMI (The PMI Talent Triangle\u00ae)<\/strong> \u2013 okre\u015bla obszary kompetencji z zakresu leadershipu, strategii i zarz\u0105dzania biznesem oraz zarz\u0105dzania projektami, w tym metodyki i narz\u0119dzia.<\/li>\n      <\/ul>\n\n      <h2 class=\"pmi-legal__h2\">III. Zasady uczestnictwa<\/h2>\n      <ol>\n        <li>Podstaw\u0105 uczestnictwa w Programie dla Mentees s\u0105: aktywne cz\u0142onkostwo w PMI oraz PMI Poland Chapter przez ca\u0142y czas trwania Programu oraz prawid\u0142owe i kompletne wype\u0142nienie formularza zg\u0142oszeniowego dost\u0119pnego na stronie internetowej Programu: <a href=\"https:\/\/www.mentoring.pmi.org.pl\">www.mentoring.pmi.org.pl<\/a>, w tym zapoznanie si\u0119 z tre\u015bci\u0105 niniejszego Regulaminu oraz zaakceptowanie jego postanowie\u0144 poprzez oznaczenie odpowiedniego pola w formularzu zg\u0142oszeniowym oraz pozytywny wynik procesu rekrutacji.<\/li>\n        <li>Organizator nie zapewnia dojazdu, nocleg\u00f3w ani nie ponosi koszt\u00f3w udzia\u0142u uczestnik\u00f3w Programu w sesjach mentoringowych oraz spotkaniach w ramach Programu, ani innych koszt\u00f3w zwi\u0105zanych z udzia\u0142em w Programie.<\/li>\n        <li>Organizator nie ponosi odpowiedzialno\u015bci za rzeczy pozostawione, zgubione, zniszczone lub skradzione podczas spotka\u0144 w ramach Programu.<\/li>\n        <li>Uczestnicy ponosz\u0105 pe\u0142n\u0105 odpowiedzialno\u015b\u0107 materialn\u0105 za dokonane przez siebie zniszczenia na terenie obiektu, w kt\u00f3rym odbywa\u0107 si\u0119 b\u0119d\u0105 spotkania.<\/li>\n        <li>Organizator ma prawo do nie dopuszczenia Uczestnika do udzia\u0142u w Programie bez podania przyczyny, o czym Uczestnik zostanie poinformowany e-mailem, w terminie 30 dni od zako\u0144czenia rekrutacji odpowiednio dla Mentees lub Mentor\u00f3w.<\/li>\n      <\/ol>\n\n      <h2 class=\"pmi-legal__h2\">IV. Zasady rekrutacji do Programu<\/h2>\n      <ol>\n        <li>Uczestnikami Programu s\u0105 Mentorzy oraz Mentees.<\/li>\n        <li>Uczestnicy Programu poprzez z\u0142o\u017cenie formularza aplikacyjnego deklaruj\u0105 dyspozycyjno\u015b\u0107 oraz czas w wymiarze niezb\u0119dnym do realizacji Programu.<\/li>\n        <li>\n          Mentees zobowi\u0105zani s\u0105 w szczeg\u00f3lno\u015bci do:\n          <ul>\n            <li>aktywnego uczestniczenia w Programie zgodnie z ustalonymi z Mentorem zasadami wsp\u00f3\u0142pracy;<\/li>\n            <li>przestrzegania zasad ustalonych z Mentorem;<\/li>\n            <li>zachowania tajemnicy informacji udost\u0119pnionych w czasie trwania Programu i po jego zako\u0144czeniu;<\/li>\n            <li>wzi\u0119cia udzia\u0142u w ewaluacji Programu.<\/li>\n          <\/ul>\n        <\/li>\n        <li>\n          O przyj\u0119cie do Programu w roli Mentees mog\u0105 si\u0119 ubiega\u0107 osoby spe\u0142niaj\u0105ce poni\u017csze kryteria:\n          <ul>\n            <li>kandydat na Mentee jest aktywnym cz\u0142onkiem PMI Poland Chapter, tzn. posiada op\u0142acone cz\u0142onkostwo w PMI oraz w Oddziale Polskim (cz\u0142onkostwo musi by\u0107 aktywne w momencie przyj\u0119cia oraz w trakcie trwania programu).<\/li>\n            <li>kandydat na Mentee zg\u0142osi si\u0119 zgodnie z zasadami niniejszego Regulaminu i pozytywnie przejdzie proces rekrutacji.<\/li>\n          <\/ul>\n        <\/li>\n        <li>\n          O przyj\u0119cie do Programu w roli Mentora mog\u0105 si\u0119 ubiega\u0107 osoby spe\u0142niaj\u0105ce poni\u017csze kryteria:\n          <ul>\n            <li>kandydat na Mentora jest aktywnym cz\u0142onkiem PMI, tzn. posiada op\u0142acone cz\u0142onkostwo w PMI oraz w Oddziale do kt\u00f3rego przynale\u017cy (cz\u0142onkostwo musi by\u0107 aktywne w momencie z\u0142o\u017cenia aplikacji mentorskiej oraz w trakcie trwania programu);<\/li>\n            <li>kandydat na Mentora posiada nieposzlakowan\u0105 opini\u0119;<\/li>\n            <li>kandydat na Mentora posiada minimum dziesi\u0119cioletnie do\u015bwiadczenie zawodowe i\/lub<\/li>\n            <li>kandydat na Mentora posiada minimum pi\u0119\u0107 lat do\u015bwiadczenia w zarz\u0105dzaniu projektami;<\/li>\n            <li>kandydat na Mentora uzyska pozytywn\u0105 opini\u0119 Zarz\u0105du PMI Polska do udzia\u0142u w programie w roli Mentora;<\/li>\n            <li>kandydat na Mentora zg\u0142osi si\u0119 zgodnie z zasadami niniejszego Regulaminu i pozytywnie przejdzie proces rekrutacji.<\/li>\n          <\/ul>\n        <\/li>\n        <li>O przyj\u0119ciu do Programu lub odrzuceniu Uczestnicy zostan\u0105 poinformowani drog\u0105 mailow\u0105 lub telefoniczn\u0105.<\/li>\n        <li>Uczestnik nie b\u0119dzie zakwalifikowany do Programu je\u015bli na podstawie przedstawionych w formularzu informacji (niepe\u0142nych lub\/i nieprawid\u0142owych) nie mo\u017cna potwierdzi\u0107, \u017ce Uczestnik spe\u0142nia warunki okre\u015blone w pkt. 3 lub pkt. 4 Zasad rekrutacji do Programu.<\/li>\n        <li>Lista Mentor\u00f3w zostanie opublikowana na stronie Programu.<\/li>\n        <li>\n          <strong>Matchowanie Par<\/strong>\n          <ul>\n            <li>Pary mentorskie s\u0105 dobierane na podstawie danych przekazanych w formularzu aplikacyjnym przez Mentor\u00f3w i Mentees.<\/li>\n            <li>Zesp\u00f3\u0142 odpowiedzialny za Program stara si\u0119 dobra\u0107 pary, uwzgl\u0119dniaj\u0105c podobie\u0144stwa, cele oraz oczekiwania obu stron.<\/li>\n            <li>Je\u015bli Mentor otrzymuje du\u017co zg\u0142osze\u0144 od potencjalnych Mentees, ma mo\u017cliwo\u015b\u0107 samodzielnego wyboru swojego Mentee spo\u015br\u00f3d dost\u0119pnych kandydat\u00f3w.<\/li>\n            <li>Mentor mo\u017ce skorzysta\u0107 z rekomendacji zespo\u0142u Programu, aby dokona\u0107 najlepszego wyboru zgodnie z oczekiwaniami i potrzebami obu stron.<\/li>\n            <li>Po wskazaniu Mentee przez Mentora, obie zainteresowane strony zostan\u0105 poinformowane drog\u0105 mailow\u0105.<\/li>\n            <li>Z\u0142o\u017cenie aplikacji nie gwarantuje przydzielenia Mentora.<\/li>\n            <li>Je\u015bli Mentee nie otrzyma Mentora pierwszego, drugiego lub trzeciego wyboru, mo\u017ce zgodzi\u0107 si\u0119 na Mentora spoza listy preferencji. Nadal jednak nie ma gwarancji, \u017ce zostanie mu przydzielony Mentor.<\/li>\n          <\/ul>\n        <\/li>\n      <\/ol>\n\n      <h2 class=\"pmi-legal__h2\">V. Przebieg Programu Mentoringowego<\/h2>\n      <ol>\n        <li>\n          Harmonogram Programu:\n          <ul>\n            <li>czas trwania Programu: czerwiec 2026 \u2013 luty 2027<\/li>\n            <li>od 08.06.2026 do 28.06.2026 \u2013 nab\u00f3r Mentor\u00f3w;<\/li>\n            <li>od 13.07.2026 do 31.07.2026 \u2013 nab\u00f3r Mentees;<\/li>\n            <li>od 01.08.2026 do 31.08.2026 \u2013 dob\u00f3r par mentorskich;<\/li>\n            <li>14.09.2026 \u2013 spotkanie inauguracyjne;<\/li>\n            <li>od 15.09.2026 do 14.02.2027 \u2013 spotkania par mentorskich;<\/li>\n            <li>15.02.2027 \u2013 ewaluacja programu.<\/li>\n          <\/ul>\n        <\/li>\n        <li>Relacja mentorska rozpoczyna si\u0119 od pierwszego spotkania Mentora z Mentee.<\/li>\n        <li>Mentor mo\u017ce wsp\u00f3\u0142pracowa\u0107 maksymalnie z dwoma Mentees. W szczeg\u00f3lnych przypadkach, po indywidualnym ustaleniu z zespo\u0142em programu, Mentor mo\u017ce wsp\u00f3\u0142pracowa\u0107 z trzema Mentees.<\/li>\n        <li>Mentor mo\u017ce jednocze\u015bnie by\u0107 Mentee w Programie, pod warunkiem pozytywnego przej\u015bcia procesu rekrutacji.<\/li>\n        <li>W czasie trwania programu Mentor przeznaczy Mentee od 5 do 12 godzin na sesje mentoringowe. Spotkania z innymi uczestnikami Programu nie wliczaj\u0105 si\u0119 w czas trwania sesji w relacji Mentor \u2013 Mentee. Je\u017celi Mentor i Mentee indywidualnie ustal\u0105, \u017ce maj\u0105 przestrze\u0144 na wi\u0119cej spotka\u0144, maj\u0105 mo\u017cliwo\u015b\u0107 zwi\u0119kszenia liczby godzin ponad ustalone 12 godzin.<\/li>\n        <li>Dok\u0142adne zasady wsp\u00f3\u0142pracy w ramach relacji mentorskiej ustalane s\u0105 indywidualnie przez par\u0119 mentorsk\u0105 podczas spotkania inauguruj\u0105cego Program. Cz\u0119stotliwo\u015b\u0107 spotka\u0144 oraz ich terminy s\u0105 uzgadniane pomi\u0119dzy Mentorem a Mentee w zale\u017cno\u015bci od ich potrzeb oraz preferencji. Mo\u017ce to np. obejmowa\u0107 spotkania cotygodniowe, miesi\u0119czne lub ustalane ad hoc, w dni robocze lub w weekendy. D\u0142ugo\u015b\u0107 spotka\u0144 oraz ich regularno\u015b\u0107 s\u0105 dostosowywane do potrzeb i mo\u017cliwo\u015bci obu stron w trakcie trwania programu.<\/li>\n        <li>Warunkiem w\u0142a\u015bciwego przebiegu Programu jest mo\u017cliwo\u015b\u0107 skutecznego komunikowania: Organizatorzy dopuszczaj\u0105 realizacj\u0119 mentoringu w spos\u00f3b zdalny (mail, telefon, zoom, google meet itp.).<\/li>\n        <li>PMI PC informuje ka\u017cdorazowo o ramach czasowych uruchamianych edycji Programu poprzez stron\u0119 internetow\u0105 Programu.<\/li>\n        <li>PMI PC zastrzega sobie prawo do zmiany harmonogramu Programu.<\/li>\n        <li>Na zako\u0144czenie programu pary mentorskie zostan\u0105 poproszone o udzia\u0142 w ewaluacji programu.<\/li>\n      <\/ol>\n\n      <h2 class=\"pmi-legal__h2\">VI. Personal Development Units (PDUs)<\/h2>\n      <ol>\n        <li>Uczestnikom Programu Mentoringowego PMI Poland Chapter, zar\u00f3wno mentorom jak i mentees, posiadaj\u0105cym certyfikacj\u0119 PMI przys\u0142uguj\u0105 punkty PDU (Professional Development Unit).<\/li>\n        <li>Wszystkie warunki przyznawania punkt\u00f3w PDU s\u0105 zgodne z aktualnie obowi\u0105zuj\u0105cymi regulacjami PMI dost\u0119pnymi na stronie <a href=\"https:\/\/ccrs.pmi.org\/\">https:\/\/ccrs.pmi.org\/<\/a>.<\/li>\n        <li>Ka\u017cda pe\u0142na godzina sp\u0119dzona na wsp\u00f3lnej nauce pozwala na zaraportowanie 1 PDU dla ka\u017cdej z os\u00f3b.<\/li>\n        <li>Osoba ubiegaj\u0105ca si\u0119 o punkty PDU powinna z\u0142o\u017cy\u0107 wniosek na stronie <a href=\"https:\/\/ccrs.pmi.org\/\">https:\/\/ccrs.pmi.org\/<\/a> oraz we w\u0142asnym zakresie prowadzi\u0107 dokumentacj\u0119 potwierdzaj\u0105c\u0105 odbyte sesje mentoringowe.<\/li>\n      <\/ol>\n\n      <h2 class=\"pmi-legal__h2\">VII. Przetwarzanie Danych Osobowych<\/h2>\n      <ol>\n        <li>Administratorem danych jest Organizator, czyli PMI Poland Chapter (PMI Oddzia\u0142 Polski), z siedzib\u0105 w Warszawie (02-672), przy ul. Dane pozyskiwane w celu realizacji Programu<\/h2>\n      <ol>\n        <li>\n          W zakresie danych, kt\u00f3rych podanie jest obowi\u0105zkowe w formularzu:\n          <ul>\n            <li>podstaw\u0105 przetwarzania b\u0119dzie wykonanie umowy zawartej pomi\u0119dzy Organizatorem a Uczestnikiem i realizacja prawnie uzasadnionych cel\u00f3w administratora, a wi\u0119c realizacja cel\u00f3w statutowych Stowarzyszenia, tj. promowanie profesjonalizmu w zarz\u0105dzaniu projektami w biznesie, organizacjach i o\u015brodkach akademickich oraz wspieranie, przyjmowanie i rozpowszechnianie w Polsce najlepszych praktyk zarz\u0105dzania projektami oraz pobudzanie \u015bwiadomo\u015bci spo\u0142ecze\u0144stwa w tej dziedzinie,<\/li>\n            <li>dane b\u0119d\u0105 udost\u0119pniane osobom zaanga\u017cowanym w organizacj\u0119 Programu i przetwarzane do zako\u0144czenia czynno\u015bci zwi\u0105zanych z realizacj\u0105 Programu. W takiej sytuacji PMI Poland Chapter podejmie indywidualn\u0105 decyzj\u0119 o dalszym przebiegu Programu dla osoby, kt\u00f3ra w nim zosta\u0142a.<\/li>\n        <li>Uczestnicy Programu mog\u0105 zosta\u0107 wykluczeni z Programu w przypadku naruszenia postanowie\u0144 niniejszego Regulaminu i\/lub w przypadku dzia\u0142a\u0144 sprzecznych z celami Programu.<\/li>\n        <li>Spotkania w ramach Programu, z wy\u0142\u0105czeniem sesji mentoringowych, mog\u0105 by\u0107 nagrywane i fotografowane przez Organizatora.<\/li>\n        <li>PMI Poland Chapter zastrzega sobie prawo do opublikowania danych osobowych i wizerunku os\u00f3b zakwalifikowanych do udzia\u0142u w Programie, jak r\u00f3wnie\u017c wywiad\u00f3w z nimi przeprowadzonych w \u015brodkach masowego przekazu.<\/li>\n        <li>\n          Udzia\u0142 w Programie jest r\u00f3wnoznaczny z przeniesieniem na Organizatora autorskich praw maj\u0105tkowych do nagra\u0144 i zdj\u0119\u0107 oraz z wyra\u017ceniem zgody na komercyjne ich wykorzystanie w przypadku:\n          <ul>\n            <li>gdy Uczestnik zostanie sfilmowany lub sfotografowany,<\/li>\n            <li>gdy Uczestnik dobrowolnie wyrazi zgod\u0119 na udzielenie wywiadu przed kamer\u0105, b\u0105d\u017a pozowanie do zdj\u0119cia.<\/li>\n          <\/ul>\n        <\/li>\n        <li>Wszelkie kwestie sporne dotycz\u0105ce organizacji programu rozstrzyga Prezes Zarz\u0105du PMI PC.<\/li>\n        <li>Przepisy niniejszego Regulaminu stanowi\u0105 integraln\u0105 cz\u0119\u015b\u0107 zg\u0142oszenia uczestnictwa w Programie i obowi\u0105zuj\u0105 wszystkich uczestnik\u00f3w.<\/li>\n        <li>Organizator ma prawo do zmian w harmonogramie Programu. O ka\u017cdej zmianie poinformuje uczestnik\u00f3w poprzez informacj\u0119 umieszczon\u0105 na stronie Programu lub za po\u015brednictwem maila.<\/li>\n        <li>Organizator ma prawo do wprowadzania zmian w niniejszym Regulaminie. O ka\u017cdej zmianie poinformuje uczestnik\u00f3w poprzez informacj\u0119 umieszczon\u0105 na stronie Programu.<\/li>\n        <li>Niniejszy Regulamin jest dost\u0119pny do wgl\u0105du na stronie internetowej Programu <a href=\"http:\/\/pmi.org.pl\/mentoring\/\">http:\/\/pmi.org.pl\/mentoring\/<\/a>.<\/li>\n        <li>W sprawach nieuregulowanych niniejszym Regulaminem zastosowanie maj\u0105 przepisy Kodeksu Cywilnego, Ustawy o Ochronie Danych Osobowych oraz Ustawy o prawie autorskim i prawach pokrewnych.<\/li>\n        <li>Pe\u0142en nadz\u00f3r nad przebiegiem Programu sprawuj\u0105 Cz\u0142onkowie Zarz\u0105du PMI Poland Chapter.<\/li>\n        <li>Wszelkie reklamacje Uczestnik\u00f3w Programu wobec Organizatora powinny by\u0107 zg\u0142aszane drog\u0105 elektroniczn\u0105 na adres: <a href=\"mailto:mentoring@pmi.org.pl\">mentoring@pmi.org.pl<\/a>. Prawid\u0142owo z\u0142o\u017cona reklamacja powinna zawiera\u0107 co najmniej nast\u0119puj\u0105ce dane: imi\u0119 i nazwisko, adres poczty elektronicznej, przedmiot reklamacji, okoliczno\u015bci uzasadniaj\u0105ce reklamacj\u0119. Decyzja dotycz\u0105ca reklamacji zostanie przekazana Uczestnikowi na wskazany przez niego adres poczty elektronicznej Programu.<\/li>\n      <\/ol>\n\n    <\/div>\n\n    <!-- =========================\n         ENG\n         ========================= -->\n    <div class=\"pmi-legal__language\" data-legal-lang=\"en\" lang=\"en\" hidden>\n\n      <h1 class=\"pmi-legal__title\">Terms and Conditions<\/h1>\n\n      <p>\n        <strong>TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF THE 9TH EDITION OF THE PMI PC MENTORING PROGRAM<\/strong><br>\n        20\/05\/2026\n      <\/p>\n\n      <h2 class=\"pmi-legal__h2\">I. General Provisions<\/h2>\n      <ol>\n        <li>These Terms and Conditions set out the rules of participation in the PMI Poland Chapter Mentoring Program, with its registered office in Warsaw, hereinafter referred to as the \u201cProgram.\u201d<\/li>\n        <li>The Organizer of the Mentoring Program is PMI Poland Chapter, with its registered office in Warsaw (02-672), Poland, at Domaniewska 47\/10, e-mail: <a href=\"mailto:biuro@pmi.org.pl\">biuro@pmi.org.pl<\/a>, NIP: 525-227-89-73.<\/li>\n        <li>The official website of the Program is available at: <a href=\"https:\/\/www.mentoring.pmi.org.pl\">www.mentoring.pmi.org.pl<\/a>, and the official communication channel between the Participant and the Organizer is the following e-mail: <a href=\"mailto:mentoring@pmi.org.pl\">mentoring@pmi.org.pl<\/a>.<\/li>\n        <li>\n          The Program is dedicated to PMI members.\n          <ul>\n            <li>Mentors from PMI Poland Chapter or other PMI Global Chapters, i.e. individuals holding an active PMI membership and an active membership in PMI Poland Chapter or another local PMI Chapter throughout the entire duration of the Program.<\/li>\n            <li>Mentees from PMI Poland Chapter, i.e. individuals holding an active PMI membership and an active membership in PMI Poland Chapter throughout the entire duration of the Program.<\/li>\n          <\/ul>\n        <\/li>\n        <li>Participation in the Program is free of charge.<\/li>\n        <li>Mentors and Program experts shall not be entitled to any remuneration for their participation in the Program.<\/li>\n      <\/ol>\n\n      <h2 class=\"pmi-legal__h2\">II. General Definitions<\/h2>\n      <ol>\n        <li><strong>Mentoring Relationship<\/strong> \u2013 a partnership-based relationship founded on trust, voluntariness, mutual respect, openness, and commitment between the Mentor and the Mentee. The mentoring relationship is a bilateral relationship governed by the principle of confidentiality. The purpose of the mentoring relationship is mutual development.<\/li>\n        <li><strong>Mentor<\/strong> \u2013 a person who possesses experience, has achieved a significant professional or social position, and is willing to provide guidance, share knowledge, and support the Mentee in achieving goals, identifying areas for development, and developing competencies within the framework of a mentoring relationship. The purpose of the Mentor is to provide substantive and motivational support to the Mentee.<\/li>\n        <li><strong>Mentee<\/strong> \u2013 a person who is aware of the goals they wish to achieve through meetings with a Mentor within the framework of a mentoring relationship. Through participation in the Program, Mentees will have the opportunity to improve their skills in collaboration, creativity, critical thinking, overcoming barriers, developing both soft and hard skills, project management, and planning their professional development path. The support may concern various topics, including those consistent with the PMI Talent Triangle.<\/li>\n        <li><strong>PMI Talent Triangle\u00ae<\/strong> \u2013 defines competency areas in leadership, strategy and business management, as well as project management, including methodologies and tools.<\/li>\n      <\/ol>\n\n      <h2 class=\"pmi-legal__h2\">III. Terms of Participation<\/h2>\n      <ol>\n        <li>Participation in the Program as a Mentee requires active membership in PMI throughout the entire duration of the Program, as well as the proper and complete completion of the application form available on the Program\u2019s website: <a href=\"https:\/\/www.mentoring.pmi.org.pl\">www.mentoring.pmi.org.pl<\/a>, including acknowledgment of having read these Terms and Conditions and acceptance of their provisions by ticking the appropriate box in the application form, as well as a positive outcome of the recruitment process.<\/li>\n        <li>The Organizer does not provide transportation or accommodation, nor does it cover any costs of participation in the Program\u2019s mentoring sessions and meetings, or any other costs related to participation in the Program.<\/li>\n        <li>The Organizer shall not be liable for any belongings left unattended, lost, damaged, or stolen during the course of the Program.<\/li>\n        <li>Participants shall bear full financial responsibility for any damage they cause to the premises where the meetings are held.<\/li>\n        <li>The Organizer reserves the right to exclude a Participant from participation in the Program without stating a reason. The Participant shall be informed thereof by email within 30 days following the completion of the recruitment process for Mentees or Mentors, as applicable.<\/li>\n      <\/ol>\n\n      <h2 class=\"pmi-legal__h2\">IV. Rules of Recruitment to the Program<\/h2>\n      <ol>\n        <li>The participants of the Program are Mentors and Mentees.<\/li>\n        <li>By submitting the application form, Participants hereby declare their availability and the allocation of the time required for participation in the Program.<\/li>\n        <li>\n          Mentees are in particular obliged to:\n          <ul>\n            <li>actively participate in the Program in accordance with the cooperation principles agreed with the Mentor;<\/li>\n            <li>comply with the rules established with the Mentor;<\/li>\n            <li>maintain confidentiality of information disclosed during the Program and after its completion;<\/li>\n            <li>take part in the evaluation of the Program.<\/li>\n          <\/ul>\n        <\/li>\n        <li>\n          Applications for participation in the Program as Mentees may be submitted by individuals who meet the following criteria:\n          <ul>\n            <li>the candidate for Mentee is an active member of PMI Poland Chapter, i.e. holds a paid and valid membership in PMI and in the Polish Chapter (the membership must remain active at the time of acceptance and throughout the duration of the Program);<\/li>\n            <li>the candidate for Mentee submits an application in accordance with the provisions of these Terms and Conditions and successfully completes the recruitment process.<\/li>\n          <\/ul>\n        <\/li>\n        <li>\n          Applications for participation in the Program as Mentors may be submitted by individuals who meet the following criteria:\n          <ul>\n            <li>The Mentor Candidate must be an active PMI member, holding a current paid membership in PMI and in the PMI Chapter with which they are affiliated. Memberships must be valid and active both at the time of application submission and for the entire duration of the Mentoring Program;<\/li>\n            <li>the candidate for Mentor is of impeccable reputation and good standing;<\/li>\n            <li>the candidate for Mentor has a minimum of ten (10) years of professional experience and\/or<\/li>\n            <li>the candidate for Mentor has a minimum of five (5) years of experience in project management;<\/li>\n            <li>the candidate for Mentor obtains a positive opinion of the PMI Poland Board for participation in the Program in the role of Mentor;<\/li>\n            <li>the candidate for Mentor submits an application in accordance with the provisions of these Terms and Conditions and successfully completes the recruitment process.<\/li>\n          <\/ul>\n        <\/li>\n        <li>Participants shall be informed of their acceptance to or rejection from the Program by email or telephone.<\/li>\n        <li>A Participant shall not be qualified for the Program if, based on the information provided in the application form (incomplete and\/or incorrect), it is not possible to confirm that the Participant meets the conditions set out in Sections 3 or 4 of the Program Recruitment Rules.<\/li>\n        <li>The list of Mentors shall be published on the Program\u2019s website.<\/li>\n        <li>\n          <strong>Pair Matching<\/strong>\n          <ul>\n            <li>Mentoring pairs shall be matched based on the information provided in the application forms submitted by Mentors and Mentees.<\/li>\n            <li>The team responsible for the Program shall strive to match pairs by taking into account the similarities, goals, and expectations of both parties.<\/li>\n            <li>If a Mentor receives a large number of applications from potential Mentees, they may select their Mentee independently from among the available candidates.<\/li>\n            <li>The Mentor may also rely on recommendations provided by the Program team in order to make the most appropriate selection in line with the expectations and needs of both parties.<\/li>\n            <li>Once a Mentee has been selected by the Mentor, both interested parties shall be informed by email.<\/li>\n            <li>Submission of an application does not guarantee assignment of a Mentor.<\/li>\n            <li>If a Mentee is not matched with their first, second, or third choice of Mentor, they may agree to be assigned a Mentor outside their preference list. However, there is still no guarantee that a Mentor will be assigned.<\/li>\n          <\/ul>\n        <\/li>\n      <\/ol>\n\n      <h2 class=\"pmi-legal__h2\">V. Mentoring Program Process<\/h2>\n      <ol>\n        <li>\n          Program Timeline:\n          <ul>\n            <li>Program Duration: June 2026 \u2013 February 2027<\/li>\n            <li>08 June 2026 \u2013 28 June 2026: Mentor application phase;<\/li>\n            <li>13.07.2026 \u2013 31.07.2026: Mentees application phase;<\/li>\n            <li>01.08.2026 \u2013 31.08.2026: Matching of Mentoring Pairs;<\/li>\n            <li>14.09.2026 \u2013 Kick-off Meeting;<\/li>\n            <li>15.09.2026 \u2013 14.02.2027: Mentor\u2013Mentee Meetings;<\/li>\n            <li>15.02.2027 \u2013 Evaluation of the Program.<\/li>\n          <\/ul>\n        <\/li>\n        <li>The mentoring relationship shall commence upon the first meeting between the Mentor and the Mentee.<\/li>\n        <li>A Mentor may work with a maximum of two (2) Mentees. In exceptional cases, and subject to individual agreement with the Program team, a Mentor may work with up to three (3) Mentees.<\/li>\n        <li>A Mentor may simultaneously act as a Mentee in the Program, provided that they successfully complete the recruitment process.<\/li>\n        <li>During the Program, the Mentor shall allocate between 8 and 12 hours to mentoring sessions with the Mentee. Meetings with other Program participants shall not be included in the duration of the Mentor\u2013Mentee mentoring sessions. If the Mentor and the Mentee mutually agree that they have capacity for additional meetings, they may extend the number of hours beyond the established 12 hours.<\/li>\n        <li>The detailed rules of cooperation within the mentoring relationship shall be established individually by each mentoring pair during the Program kick-off meeting. The frequency and timing of meetings shall be agreed between the Mentor and the Mentee depending on their needs and preferences. This may include, for example, weekly, monthly, or ad hoc meetings, held on weekdays or weekends. The duration and regularity of meetings shall be adjusted to the needs and availability of both parties throughout the duration of the Program.<\/li>\n        <li>A prerequisite for the proper implementation of the Program is the ability to communicate effectively. The Organizers permit the mentoring process to be conducted remotely (e.g. via email, telephone, Zoom, Google Meet, etc.).<\/li>\n        <li>PMI PC shall announce the timeframes of each Program edition on the Program\u2019s website.<\/li>\n        <li>PMI PC reserves the right to modify the Program schedule.<\/li>\n        <li>Upon completion of the Program, mentoring pairs shall be requested to take part in the Program evaluation.<\/li>\n      <\/ol>\n\n      <h2 class=\"pmi-legal__h2\">VI. Personal Development Units (PDUs)<\/h2>\n      <ol>\n        <li>Participants of the PMI Poland Chapter Mentoring Program, including both Mentors and Mentees who hold a PMI certification, shall be eligible to earn PDUs.<\/li>\n        <li>All conditions for awarding PDUs shall comply with the current PMI regulations available on the website <a href=\"https:\/\/ccrs.pmi.org\/\">https:\/\/ccrs.pmi.org\/<\/a>.<\/li>\n        <li>Each full hour spent on joint learning shall entitle each participant to claim 1 PDU.<\/li>\n        <li>An individual applying for PDUs shall submit an application via the website <a href=\"https:\/\/ccrs.pmi.org\/\">https:\/\/ccrs.pmi.org\/<\/a> and independently maintain documentation confirming the completed mentoring sessions.<\/li>\n      <\/ol>\n\n      <h2 class=\"pmi-legal__h2\">VII. Processing of Personal Data<\/h2>\n      <ol>\n        <li>The Controller of personal data is the Organizer, namely PMI Poland Chapter, with its registered office in Warsaw (02-672), Poland, at Domaniewska 47\/10, KRS 0000-167-986, NIP 525-227-89-73, REGON 015543424.<\/li>\n        <li>For any matters concerning the processing of personal data, including the exercise of rights vested in the data subject under applicable data protection laws, the data subject may contact the Controller at the following email address: <a href=\"mailto:biuro@pmi.org.pl\">biuro@pmi.org.pl<\/a> or by telephone at the following number: <a href=\"tel:+48530700457\">+48 530 700 457<\/a>.<\/li>\n        <li>\n          In relation to the processing of personal data, the data subject shall be entitled to the following rights:\n          <ul>\n            <li>the right to withdraw consent, where personal data are processed on the basis of consent;<\/li>\n            <li>the right of access to personal data, including the right to obtain information regarding the personal data being processed and the purposes for which such data are processed;<\/li>\n            <li>the right to rectification of inaccurate personal data and to the completion or updating of incomplete or outdated personal data;<\/li>\n            <li>the right to erasure of personal data;<\/li>\n            <li>the right to request restriction of the processing of personal data;<\/li>\n            <li>the right to object to the processing of personal data;<\/li>\n            <li>the right to receive personal data in a structured, commonly used and machine-readable format and to transmit those data to another controller;<\/li>\n            <li>the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority.<\/li>\n          <\/ul>\n        <\/li>\n        <li>Detailed provisions governing the collection and processing of Participants\u2019 personal data are set forth in the Privacy Policy available at: <a href=\"http:\/\/pmi.org.pl\/polityka-prywatnosci\">http:\/\/pmi.org.pl\/polityka-prywatnosci<\/a>.<\/li>\n      <\/ol>\n\n      <h2 class=\"pmi-legal__h2\">VIII. Data Collected for the Purpose of Program Implementation<\/h2>\n      <ol>\n        <li>\n          As regards the personal data required to be provided in the application form:\n          <ul>\n            <li>The legal basis for the processing shall be the performance of the agreement concluded between the Organizer and the Participant, as well as the pursuit of the legitimate interests of the Controller, namely the implementation of the statutory objectives of the Association, i.e. promoting professionalism in project management in business, organizations and academic institutions, as well as supporting, adopting and disseminating best practices in project management in Poland and raising public awareness in this field.<\/li>\n            <li>The data shall be disclosed to persons involved in the organisation of the Program and processed until the completion of activities related to the implementation of the Program. The Participant\u2019s personal data contained in the Program application form, collected by the Organizer, shall be processed for the purpose of conducting the Program in accordance with the provisions of the Terms and Conditions, including the preparation of the list of Participants.<\/li>\n          <\/ul>\n        <\/li>\n        <li>\n          Data recorded and disclosed in the form of photographs and video recordings:\n          <ul>\n            <li>shall be processed on the basis of the pursuit of the legitimate interests of the Controller and the performance of the agreement, namely the implementation of the statutory objectives of the Association, i.e. promoting professionalism in project management in business, organizations and academic institutions, as well as supporting, adopting and disseminating best practices in project management in Poland, and raising public awareness in this field;<\/li>\n            <li>The data shall be disclosed to persons involved in the organisation of the event, as well as to professionals responsible for recording, photographing, and processing the materials.<\/li>\n          <\/ul>\n        <\/li>\n        <li>The processing of data during the event, including the dissemination of recordings and photographs, shall comply with applicable personal data protection regulations.<\/li>\n      <\/ol>\n\n      <h2 class=\"pmi-legal__h2\">IX. Final Provisions<\/h2>\n      <ol>\n        <li>All persons involved in the implementation and organisation of the Program shall comply with the PMI Code of Ethics and Professional Conduct, available on the website: <a href=\"http:\/\/pmi.org.pl\/pmi\/kodeks-etyki-pmi\/\">http:\/\/pmi.org.pl\/pmi\/kodeks-etyki-pmi\/<\/a>.<\/li>\n        <li>Decisions relating to the implementation of these Terms and Conditions, in particular regarding the qualification of Mentors and Mentees for participation in the Program, shall be final and not subject to appeal.<\/li>\n        <li>Participants may withdraw from further participation in the Program without providing any reason. In such a case, PMI Poland Chapter shall make an individual decision regarding the further course of the Program for the remaining participant.<\/li>\n        <li>Participants may be excluded from the Program in the event of a breach of the provisions of these Terms and Conditions and\/or in the event of actions contrary to the objectives of the Program.<\/li>\n        <li>Meetings within the Program, excluding mentoring sessions, may be recorded and photographed by the Organizer.<\/li>\n        <li>PMI Poland Chapter reserves the right to publish the personal data and likeness of persons qualified to participate in the Program, as well as interviews conducted with them, in the mass media.<\/li>\n        <li>\n          Participation in the Program shall be tantamount to the transfer to the Organizer of the economic copyright to recordings and photographs, as well as to granting consent for their commercial use, in the following cases:\n          <ul>\n            <li>where the Participant is filmed or photographed;<\/li>\n            <li>where the Participant voluntarily agrees to give an interview on camera or to pose for photographs.<\/li>\n          <\/ul>\n        <\/li>\n        <li>Any disputes arising in connection with the organization of the Program shall be resolved by the President of the Management Board of PMI PC.<\/li>\n        <li>The provisions of these Terms and Conditions form an integral part of the application for participation in the Program and shall be binding on all participants.<\/li>\n        <li>The Organizer reserves the right to make changes to the Program schedule. Any such change shall be communicated to Participants via a notice published on the Program\u2019s website or by email.<\/li>\n        <li>The Organizer reserves the right to introduce amendments to these Terms and Conditions. Any such amendment shall be communicated to Participants by means of a notice published on the Program\u2019s website.<\/li>\n        <li>These Terms and Conditions are available for review on the Program\u2019s website <a href=\"http:\/\/pmi.org.pl\/mentoring\/\">http:\/\/pmi.org.pl\/mentoring\/<\/a>.<\/li>\n        <li>In matters not regulated by these Terms and Conditions, the provisions of the Civil Code, the Personal Data Protection Act, and the Act on Copyright and Related Rights shall apply.<\/li>\n        <li>Full oversight of the implementation of the Program shall be exercised by the Members of the Management Board of PMI Poland Chapter.<\/li>\n        <li>Any complaints submitted by Program Participants against the Organizer shall be submitted electronically to: <a href=\"mailto:mentoring@pmi.org.pl\">mentoring@pmi.org.pl<\/a>. A properly submitted complaint shall include at least the following: full name, email address, subject matter of the complaint, and the circumstances justifying the complaint. The Organizer shall address the complaint without undue delay, and in any case no later than within 14 days from the date of its submission.
