Research on human interaction with automated systems shows, however, that some errors consistently escape detection, even when reviewed by a competent and engaged person. In this session, I will discuss three groups of factors described in the literature: trust calibration, the limits of attention in detecting rare errors, and the influence of experience and accountability structures on the quality of verification. I will translate each of them into concrete situations in project work. For more than fifteen years, she has led technology transformation projects and programmes in complex corporate environments. She holds degrees in law and psychology. Her master's thesis at SWPS University examined how information about authorship, human or artificial intelligence, affects the perceived value of a work. Since 2014, she has taught project management at Wroclaw University of Economics and Business, and from the 2026\/2027 academic year she teaches cognitive psychology at SWPS University. It determines the direction of development. Its implementation (operationalization) is carried out through projects that are included in programs included in portfolios. Mistakes in setting strategic goals cost some organizations a loss of liquidity and eliminated them from the market. For a good strategy, you need to observe the environment and try to ventilate the future. Based on this, you can set strategic goals and decide on their implementation. A strategy, by definition, is a long-term plan of action. We all know that as a result of various changes, such plans must be corrected. The last period shows that the world is becoming more complex, complex and chaotic with a huge dynamic of change. We are in the world of VUCA and even a bathhouse where black swans appear. In such an environment, strategies require frequent adjustments, and their implementation becomes much more difficult. Sudden events with a high impact force can shake up the organization. The question remains How to escape the Sword of Damocles and become a Phoenix that can rise after many challenges. However, is this enough? Is normal immunity satisfactory? Or can you go further and achieve anti-corrosion by becoming a Hydra?
