As a Project and Portfolio Manager, PMP, with the wind of change in my sails and the compass of innovation in my hand, I have been leading projects and teams in the energy, Oil & Gas, and maritime sectors for 15 years. I not only juggle tasks but also ensure that everyone on the team has the wind in their sails. I specialize in operational development, serving in roles as an operational and portfolio manager. As the Head of the Project Management Department, I translate business strategy into departmental goals, support project managers, plan and monitor portfolio performance using appropriate tools and techniques, including EVM. I hold a Master's degree in engineering from the Gdańsk University of Technology, an MBA from the University of Business and Administration in Gdynia, and have completed postgraduate studies in leadership at SGH in Warsaw. I share my knowledge and experience, promoting collaboration and innovation.
