I have over 20 years of experience in IT projects, primarily in the banking and insurance sectors. I hold a degree in Management and Marketing from the University of Warsaw and a Postgraduate Degree in Project Management from the Warsaw School of Economics. I began my career as a programmer, developing web applications for the Call Center of Telekomunikacja Polska. I then managed the IT infrastructure for an international emergency center serving insurance companies.

After a decade as a programmer, administrator, and IT manager, I transitioned to project management, working on the development of insurance business strategies for the Belgian KBC group in Poland (Warta, Kredyt Bank). Over 10 years ago, I joined Bank Handlowy Technology, where I contributed to regulatory projects in transaction systems, reporting, and compliance. I later moved to Citibank Europe’s ICRM Team and Citi’s Global Wealth Division, managing process improvement initiatives for the Global Disciplinary Process, AML and Sanctions Performance Management, and technology projects for Investments. Currently, I am part of the SIX Global Services Team in Warsaw, leading strategic project initiatives.
I hold multiple Project Management and IT certifications, including PMP, SAFe 6 Agilist, PRINCE2, Agile PM, Certified ScrumMaster, P3O, and ITIL v3.
As a volunteer and mentor, I am actively involved in project management and public speaking initiatives with PMI, Toastmasters, and IT for SHE. I am also an author of training courses in project management.
Passionate about communication and leadership, I am a multi-instrumentalist and enjoy new technologies, photography, roleplaying, and running.
