Justyna Kapuśniak-International Project Manager, Certified Coach, Business Mentor, Facilitator, Trainer, Certified DICS D3 Consultant, D&I Ambassador

I have 23 years of experience working in an international corporation operating in the food industry. Over the years, I have had the opportunity to develop my skills in various professional roles in areas related to general management, international project management, sales, and marketing. For nearly 8 years, I served as the CEO of a production company operating in the Foodservice market.

Daily, I perform work that fulfills me professionally and allows me to continuously grow.

For over 10 years, I have been managing international projects and working with wonderful people from different countries and cultures.

In 2022, as an IPMA Assessor, I evaluated projects submitted in the IPMA competition for the Best Managed Projects in Poland. I also served as a Judge, evaluating international projects submitted for the IPMA Global Project Excellence Awards.

Since May 2023, I have been a Mentor in the Business Leaders Foundation Mentoring Program.

I am an active member of IPMA, ICF, and PMI.

Co mentee zyska pracując ze mną?

Joint mentoring sessions, conducted with engagement and passion, where in an atmosphere of mutual trust and confidentiality, I will support the Mentee in setting a mentoring goal for the process and then in effectively achieving it. During the mentoring process, I will continually encourage reflection, pose challenges, support the Mentee's learning process, build on their resources, and ensure that the mentoring process leads the Mentee to the contracted goal. I am eager to share my knowledge and experience.

In my daily work, I utilize the knowledge gained from various training sessions in Project Management and Change Management, as well as immensely important and useful competencies from the School of Facilitators, Trainers, and Coaches at the Jagiellonian University. I am a great enthusiast of a participative management style and a coaching approach in working with teams and individuals. In 2022, I completed the School of Coaches at the Jagiellonian University and then the "The Art & Science of Coaching, Module I-V" program at the ACTP level. I am a member of the International Coaching Federation (ICF) and operate in accordance with the ICF Code of Ethics. I conduct coaching in the Erickson Solution-Focused Coaching approach.

Since 2023, I have been a Mentor in the Business Leaders Foundation. I am extremely grateful and consider it a privilege to support and accompany Mentees in their personal and professional development. I love learning and sharing knowledge. I am particularly interested in areas related to change management, diversity management, facilitation, and coaching. I am an enthusiast and practitioner of the concept of a healthy organization and co-creating a learning culture.
