Ola Kanofocka - trainer, mentor and manager of projects and programs with over 17 years of professional experience. Graduated from Cultural Geography at the University of Wroclaw and Natural Resource Management at Humboldt University in Berlin. Since 2011 she has been leading complex technology projects for multinational IT corporations, awarded with the Top Talent award by Kyndryl Global Project Management Profession. A respected expert and trainer on a global scale, cooperating with PMI Global, PMI Poland, IPMA and Wroclaw University of Economics.For years, she has been defining and setting project management standards and creating tools and original trainings, including Project Management with Passion, Gratitude Leader, Project Takeover. Author of the blog and inspirational-educational series World of Projects. Co-author of the books Passion and Opportunity with Brian Tracy.

She is passionate about travel and photography, and her heart belongs to mountains and volcanoes. She considers the summit of Khala Pattar (5565 m) in the Himalayas as one of the most important experiences in her life, which shaped her character and approach to challenges.
