17 years of experience in managing international projects for clients in both the private and public sectors. I graduated from Humboldt University in Berlin with a master's degree in Integrated Management of Natural Resources. For over 4 years, I led projects related to sustainable development and environmental protection for the European Commission and the Polish Ministry of the Environment.
In 2011, I completely changed industries and now manage complex projects and programs for international IT companies such as IBM and Kyndryl. These projects involve infrastructure change, virtualization, automation, AI, cybersecurity, and data and application migration. Through working with people from diverse cultures and backgrounds, I have developed excellent communication skills, openness, and extensive experience in leading, coordinating, and supervising the work of globally dispersed project teams. For nearly 2 years, I have been managing a project portfolio at Kyndryl. Last year, I was recognized by the Kyndryl Global Project Management profession as a TOP Talent for exceptional project management and for being the 12th person in Poland to pass the global PMI Program Management Professional (PgMP) exam. For years, I have been teaching and sharing my knowledge of project management, which has become not just a job but a passion.
Outside of work, I am passionate about outdoor activities, and one of my greatest achievements is reaching the summit of Kala Patthar in the Himalayas. This experience not only shaped my character and who I am as a person but also influenced my approach to project challenges.
